FRV Eventer Reign - Full

I was asked to test these reins out and give an opinion as they are quite a new product and the team at Keane equestrian wanted to see how suitable they were.

I love these reins!!!

They are a great quality products and this is the style rein I prefer to use. I don’t like having a lot in my hand particularly when I’m on cross-country so these reins are lovely and thin but don’t feel weak at all. They are the perfect combination of durable leather that gives us the strength and that classic style look but also the rubber inside to give that extra bit of grip.

I ride big horses so often find that my reins will slip a little when I’m cantering and these reins did not slip at all so really really impressed with that. While being super grippy they aren’t too hard on the hands and can be ridden in with or without gloves which is also a great feature.

The safety connector is super easy to undo to attach any rings. I honestly feel it as quick as unbuckling your normal reins.

It gives peace of mind knowing that not only have I got a super quality product but it’s safe for myself and my horses should anything go wrong.

I highly recommend it and I will be certainly purchasing a few sets of these for all of my horses
