CODE OF CONDUCT

Keane Riders Circle — Code of Conduct

Why this exists

The Keane Riders Circle is built on kindness, safety, and community. This Code of Conduct protects our riders (especially minors), our customers, and the Keane Equestrian brand.

By participating in the program, you agree to follow the standards below.

1) Represent the brand with respect

You must: - Communicate in a way that reflects Keane Equestrian values: kind, inclusive, supportive, and respectful. - Treat other riders, parents, coaches, clubs, brands, and community members with respect.

You must not: - Bully, harass, shame, discriminate, or create drama (publicly or privately). - Post or engage in hate speech, threats, or abusive language.

2) Safety first (non-negotiable)

You must: - Promote safe riding practices and responsible horsemanship. - Follow your discipline’s safety expectations and any event/venue rules. - Use good judgement with safety gear in content. If you share riding footage, aim to model safe choices (especially when mounted, jumping, riding outside an arena, or riding young/green horses).

You must not: - Encourage unsafe riding behaviour. - Post content that could reasonably be seen as encouraging unsafe riding (for example: risky riding challenges, dangerous stunts, or captions that promote “no helmet” as a flex). - Post content that normalises dangerous practices (for example: riding without appropriate safety gear where it is expected).

Keane Equestrian may request edits or removal of any content we believe creates a safety risk or sends the wrong message, and ambassadors must comply by the requested deadline.

If you are unsure whether a post is appropriate, please ask before posting.

3) Be honest and transparent in promotions

You must: - Share honest opinions and real experiences. - Clearly disclose when something is an ambassador partnership / gifted / sponsored.

You must not: - Mislead your audience about pricing, availability, results, or performance. - Make medical, therapeutic, or safety certification claims you can’t verify.

4) Content standards (what we will and won’t accept)

Your content must be: - Appropriate for a family-friendly community - Free from illegal activity or glorification of substance misuse - Respectful of others’ privacy

You must not: - Post content that is violent or otherwise not suitable for minors. - Share private information about others (including children) without permission.

5) Minors and parent/guardian involvement

·      If the rider is under 18, a parent/guardian must manage participation and posting.

·      Parent/guardian must ensure all content and interactions follow this Code of Conduct.

6) Respect other brands and businesses

You may: - Wear and enjoy other brands.

You must not: - Publicly trash or attack other brands, retailers, clubs, or individuals. - Use Keane Riders Circle content to start online arguments or call-outs.

7) Use codes correctly

You must: - Use your audience code for sharing with others.

You must not: - Share your personal discount code publicly. - Share, give, or allow others to use your personal discount code (including friends/family/customers). - Create fake orders, self-referrals, or any attempt to manipulate program tracking.

8) Communication + responsiveness

You must: - Be respectful in DMs/comments. - Respond to Keane Equestrian messages within a reasonable timeframe where possible.

If life gets busy (it happens), just message us — we’ll work with you.

9) Consequences (how we handle breaches)

We will act quickly and fairly to protect the community.

A) Serious breaches = one warning (or none) and removal

If a breach is serious, we may remove an ambassador immediately or after a single warning.

Serious breaches include (but are not limited to): - Bullying, shaming, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or threats - Any content or behaviour that harms, exploits, or is cruel toward a human or a horse - Serious safety violations or encouraging dangerous behaviour - Fraud, code misuse, or deliberate dishonesty (including sharing or allowing others to use your personal discount code)

B) Other breaches = step-by-step process

For less serious breaches, consequences may include: 1. Reminder / request to edit or remove content by a set deadline 2. Formal warning 3. Temporary pause from the program (including pausing perks/codes) 4. Removal from the program 5. Where relevant: reporting to the platform (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook) or other appropriate action

10) Reporting concerns

If you see behaviour that breaks this Code of Conduct, please contact us: - Email: keaneequestrian@outlook.com - Instagram DM: @keaneequestrian

We will handle concerns discreetly and respectfully.

11) A note from Aileen

This community is meant to feel safe, uplifting, and empowering — especially for young riders finding their confidence. Thank you for helping protect that standard.

Keane Equestrian reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct and make final decisions regarding ambassador participation to protect the community and brand.
