Keane Riders Circle — Ambassador Toolkit Overview

Purpose of this toolkit

This is your quick reference for how to succeed in the Keane Riders Circle: brand voice, content tips, tagging, and where to get support.

For program perks, discounts, Starter Kit details, tiers, content minimums, and quarterly unlock rules, please refer to the Welcome Letter above.

Brand guidelines (voice + values)

Voice

·      Warm, supportive, and real (like a fellow equestrian mum/friend)

·      Encouraging and inclusive — we celebrate progress, not perfection

·      Practical and honest — share what you genuinely like and why

Values to reflect

·      Kindness first: uplift other riders, be welcoming

·      Mentorship + community: share tips, support beginners, celebrate wins

·      Quality + safety: comfort, fit, and safety matter

·      Horse–human bond: highlight care, trust, and connection

Do / Don’t

·      Do: keep captions positive, helpful, and authentic

·      Do: share real-life riding moments (stable, lessons, comps, pony cuddles)

·      Don’t: shame other riders, barns, brands, or disciplines

·      Don’t: make medical/safety claims you can’t back up

Tagging + hashtags

·      Tag: @keaneequestrian

·      Hashtag: #KeaneRidersCircle

If you’re posting a Reel/TikTok, please tag us in the caption and on-screen where possible.

Social media tips (quick wins)

Make your content look great (fast)

·      Film near natural light (face a window / film outside)

·      Keep clips short + clear (5–12 clips is plenty)

·      Show movement (walk/trot/canter, stretching, riding prep)

·      Use simple text overlays (what it is + why you love it)

Easy content formats that perform

·      Outfit check: stable-to-arena look

·      Ride day routine: “Get ready with me”

·      Try-on + fit notes: comfort, sizing, how it moves

·      Competition prep: packing, plaiting, warm-up

·      Horse moments: grooming, enrichment, bonding

Caption formula (copy/paste)

1.        Hook: “If you ride in winter, you’ll love this…”

2.        Value: 1–2 tips or what you noticed (fit, comfort, fabric, safety)

3.        CTA: “Save this for later” / “DM me questions” / “Use my code if you’d like”

Simple posting checklist (before you hit publish)

·      Is it clear and well-lit?

·      Does it feel on-brand (kind, confident, community-minded)?

·      Did you tag @keaneequestrian and use #KeaneRidersCircle?

·      If sharing your code, is it the audience code (not your personal code)?

Under 18 participation

For riders under 18, a parent/guardian must apply and manage participation and posting.
