Who can apply?

Anyone who aligns with Keane Equestrian’s values and loves creating positive, helpful riding content.

We have three tiers: - Mini Riders (5–11) — parent/guardian-led - Youth Crew (12–17) - Riders (18+)

Do I need a big following?

No. We care more about consistency, kindness, and quality content than follower count.

What platforms do I need?

Primarily Instagram (and TikTok if you use it). If you’re active on Facebook too, that’s a bonus.

What kind of content should I post?

Real riding life: stable days, lessons, comps, outfit checks, try-ons, gear tips, horse care moments, and confidence-building stories.

How often do I need to post?

Your tier’s posting expectations and monthly minimums are listed in the Welcome Letter.

Can I wear other brands?

Yes. You can wear and enjoy other brands.

We simply ask that when you’re sharing Keane Equestrian items, you represent them honestly and positively.

Do I have to post every product I buy?

No. Post what you genuinely love and would recommend.

How do discount codes work?

You’ll receive: - A personal discount code (for your own purchases only) - An audience code (to share publicly)

Important: your personal code must never be shared.

What happens if someone uses my audience code?

That’s great — it helps track the orders you generate and supports your quarterly unlock eligibility (details in the Welcome Letter).

What is the quarterly unlock?

If you meet the content expectations and generate the required number of orders in a quarter, you unlock a higher personal discount and audience code for the next quarter.

How do I disclose that I’m an ambassador?

Use a clear disclosure such as: - “Keane Riders Circle Ambassador” - “Ambassador partnership with Keane Equestrian” - “Gifted/partnered with Keane Equestrian”

I’m under 18 — can I still join?

Yes.

A parent/guardian must: - Submit the application - Manage participation and posting - Ensure the Code of Conduct is followed

Can Keane use my content?

By joining, you give Keane Equestrian permission to repost your content (with credit) on our socials and marketing.

If you ever want a specific post not to be reshared, just message us.

How long am I in the program?

Ambassador participation is ongoing as long as you: - Meet expectations - Follow the Code of Conduct - Remain aligned with the program values

What if I can’t post for a while?

Life happens. Please message us — we can pause expectations for a short period if needed.
