We’re so excited to welcome you to the Keane Riders Circle.

Keane Riders Circle is for riders who love horses, value quality + safety, and show up with kindness and consistency. Thank you for being part of a community that celebrates the horse–human bond and supports riders at every stage.

Your ambassador perks:

As a Keane Riders Circle ambassador, you’ll receive: - 25% personal discount code (for your own purchases) - 10% audience discount code (for your community) - Early access to new arrivals + restocks - Opportunities to be featured across our channels and the opportunity to be chosen to try new products before we put them on our store.

Discount rules (important): Codes are valid site wide on full‑priced items only. They can’t be used with other discount codes/offers and don’t apply to sale items.

Your Starter Kit:

To help you get started, every ambassador receives a Starter Kit: - 1x Aztec Diamond Core Riding Leggings - 1x Aztec Diamond Training Top

Options: - Top style: Short sleeve or Long sleeve - Colour: Black or Navy - Size: Your chosen size

How to claim your Starter Kit: 1. Complete this Starter Kit request form:  2. We’ll place your draft order and confirm details by email. 3. Your Starter Kit will be supplied at no cost.

Quarterly performance unlock:

If you generate 12 customer orders using your audience code and meet your content minimums, you’ll unlock for the next quarter: - 30% personal discount.

At the end of the quarter, your code reverts to 25% personal unless you re‑qualify.

Your tier + content minimums:

Your tier: [Mini Riders 5–11 / Youth Crew 12–17 / Riders 18+]

Monthly minimums: 

Mini Riders (4-11) (parent/guardian-led): 1 reel or carousel + 2 - 4 Stories 

Youth Crew (12–17): 2 Reels/TikToks + 3 - 5 Stories + 1 post/carousel 

Riders (18+): 2 Reels/TikToks + 4 - 6 Stories + 1 post/carousel

For riders under 18, a parent/guardian must manage participation and posting.

Your first 7 days (quick start):

1.        Reply to this email to confirm you’ve read the guidelines and are ready to begin.

2.        Submit your Starter Kit request form so we can get you set up.

3.        Add your codes to your bio/link-in-bio (if you use one).

4.        Post an intro Story: “Hi, I’m [name] and I’ve joined Keane Riders Circle!” and tag us.

5.        Create your first piece of content this month (a Reel/TikTok or carousel) featuring your riding life + your Keane picks.

Please tag @keaneequestrian and use #KeaneRidersCircle (and any campaign hashtags we share with you).
