AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

Keane Riders Circle — Ambassador Agreement (Terms)

1) Participation

By joining the Keane Riders Circle, you agree to: - Participate in good faith - Create content that aligns with Keane Equestrian values - Follow the Code of Conduct - Meet the posting expectations for your tier (outlined in the Welcome Letter)

2) Discount codes

You agree that: - Your personal discount code is for you only and must not be shared. - Your audience code may be shared publicly. - Any attempt to share or misuse a personal code may result in removal from the program.

3) Content + disclosure

You agree to: - Share honest opinions and real experiences - Use clear disclosure when posting about ambassador partnership/gifted items - Avoid misleading claims about safety, performance, results, or certifications

4) Content usage permission (UGC)

You grant Keane Equestrian permission to: - Repost and share your ambassador content (photos/videos) on Keane Equestrian channels - Use your content for marketing (with credit where possible)

5) Under 18s

If the rider is under 18: - A parent/guardian must apply and manage participation - Parent/guardian accepts responsibility for compliance with these terms and the Code of Conduct

6) Removal and changes

Keane Equestrian may: - Pause or remove ambassadors who do not meet expectations or who breach the Code of Conduct - Update program terms, perks, and expectations as the program evolves

By submitting this signed agreement, you confirm you have read and understood the Keane Riders Circle Ambassador Agreement (Terms) and Code of Conduct, and you agree to follow them while participating in the program.
