We’re so excited to welcome you to the Keane Riders Circle.

Whether you’re just beginning your riding journey or have years of experience in the saddle, we’re incredibly grateful you’ve chosen to be part of our community.

More than an ambassador program

Keane Riders Circle is more than just an ambassador program.

It’s a community of riders who love horses, value quality, safety and kindness, and genuinely want to support one another. Together we’re building a positive, encouraging space where ambassadors are celebrated, ideas are welcomed, and every rider has the opportunity to grow.

At Keane Equestrian, we believe the horse always comes first, kindness costs nothing, authenticity matters, and the best communities are built by riders who lift each other up.

Your Ambassador Perks

As a Keane Riders Circle ambassador, you’ll receive:

  • Personal discount code
  • Personal audience discount code
  • Early access to new arrivals and restocks
  • Opportunities to be featured across our social media, website and marketing
  • Opportunities to trial selected new products before they’re released
  • Access to exclusive ambassador updates and resources through the Ambassador Hub

Discount Rules

Your codes are valid sitewide on full-priced items only.

They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount code and do not apply to sale items.

Your personal discount code is for your own purchases and should not be shared publicly.

Your audience discount code is designed for your followers, friends and riding community.

As a Keane Riders Circle ambassador, don’t forget to join our Riders Rewards loyalty program.

Every eligible purchase you make earns Riders Rewards Points, which can be redeemed on future purchases—giving you even more value on top of your ambassador benefits.

It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the Keane Equestrian community.

As a Riders Rewards member you’ll enjoy:

Your Starter Kit

To help you get started, every ambassador receives a complimentary Starter Kit.

Your Starter Kit includes:

  • 1 × Aztec Diamond Core Riding Leggings
  • 1 × Aztec Diamond Training Top

Choose your:

  • Training Top: Short Sleeve or Long Sleeve
  • Colour: Black or Navy
  • Size: Your preferred size

How to claim your Starter Kit

  1. Complete the Starter Kit Request Form.
  2. We’ll review your request and prepare your order.
  3. We’ll confirm your details by email.
  4. Your Starter Kit will then be shipped to you at no cost.


Quarterly Performance Unlock

Every three months we review ambassador performance.

Ambassadors who generate 8 customer orders using their audience discount code and meet their monthly content requirements will unlock a 30% personal discount for the following quarter.

If you’re already enjoying the 30% personal discount, simply continue to generate 8 customer orders and meet your monthly content requirements during that quarter to retain your 30% personal discount for the following quarter.

If the requirements aren’t met, your personal discount will return to the standard ambassador rate. You’ll have the opportunity to qualify again at the next quarterly review.

Throughout the year we’ll also recognise ambassadors who go above and beyond with surprise rewards, exclusive opportunities and special gifts.

These rewards are based on things like:

  • Consistency
  • Creativity
  • Community spirit
  • Supporting fellow ambassadors
  • Representing the values of Keane Equestrian

Because great ambassadors do much more than simply generate sales.

Monthly Content Minimums

Mini Riders (5–11)

(Parent or guardian managed)

  • 1 Reel or Carousel
  • 2–4 Instagram Stories

Youth Crew (12–17)

  • 2 Reels or TikToks
  • 3–5 Instagram Stories
  • 1 Feed Post or Carousel

Riders (18+)

  • 2 Reels or TikToks
  • 4–6 Instagram Stories
  • 1 Feed Post or Carousel

For ambassadors under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must manage participation and posting.


What Great Content Looks Like

Don’t worry about creating perfect content—we love authentic moments.

Some ideas include:

  • Riding lessons
  • Competition days
  • Trail rides
  • Stable life
  • Horse care routines
  • Product reviews
  • Unboxings
  • “Get Ready With Me” videos
  • Behind the scenes
  • Lifestyle content featuring your horse
  • Your favourite Keane products in everyday use

The best content is genuine, positive and reflects your real riding life.


Your First 7 Days


  1. Reply to this email to let us know you’ve read the Welcome Guide and are ready to begin.
  1. Submit your Starter Kit Request Form.
  1. Join Riders Rewards so you can start earning points on every eligible purchase.
  1. Add your audience discount code to your Instagram bio or Link-in-Bio (if you use one).
  2. Share an introduction Story saying:

“Hi, I’m [Name] and I’ve joined the Keane Riders Circle!”

Don’t forget to tag @keaneequestrian.

  1. Create your first piece of content for the month and enjoy being part of the Circle!

Supporting One Another

One of the things that makes the Keane Riders Circle special is the community we’re building together.

Supporting one another is just as important as creating great content.

We encourage you to:

  • Cheer on fellow ambassadors
  • Like and comment on each other’s posts
  • Celebrate milestones together
  • Share ideas and encourage one another

As the Riders Circle grows, we’ll also invite ambassadors to join our exclusive community group where we’ll share updates, new releases, content ideas, competitions and exciting opportunities.


Tagging & Hashtags

Please tag @keaneequestrian whenever you’re sharing Keane content.

along with any campaign hashtags we provide throughout the year.


Content Permission

By tagging Keane Equestrian or sharing content featuring our products, you give us permission to repost your content across our social media channels, website, emails and other marketing material. Whenever possible, we’ll always credit you.


Staying Active

We understand that life gets busy.

If you’re unable to meet your monthly requirements, simply let us know.

Communication is important to us.

Ambassadors who become inactive without communication may lose access to ambassador benefits, but you’re always welcome to reapply in the future.
